"Why is this night different from all other nights?   Tonight we gather to fulfill a new mitzvah... we are specifically celebrating our pride in being both Jewish and different."  So begins the Sha'ar Zahav Pride Freedom Seder.  This will be our fifth year evolving this new CSZ tradition.  Join us as we celebrate the anniversary of the Stonewall uprising, and explore, with an extremely non-traditional eye, our Jewish/queer history, from the earliest days of Torah to the amazing events of the present.  Come experience an evening of poetry, story-telling, music and song led by Andrew Ramer and Karen Schiller. Wine and juice provided.  Please bring a vegetarian dish to share (enough for five servings).

$5 donation/members, $10/general public requested to cover materials.  Contact the CSZ office to pre-register at 415-861-6932, or email shaun@shaarzahav.org. Space is limited.  Reserve Today!
